Terrible! Case started failing at seems after a year. Only used at home by mature woman. Contacted Zugu with photos and receipt which is what they require to file a warrantee claim. Then they said they need a copy of the Order. They admitted it was faulty and said they would send a replacement.
Then they just delayed, gave excuse after excuse, promised it would go 'Monday', blamed Amazon etc.
2 months on they are no longer even responding to my emails.
The case is a terrific design but the quality is poor and they do not honour their warrantee.

I actually purchased 3 extra cases for gifts a week after receiving my first one because I loved the design.
They are all falling apart also and Zugu have responded the same way to my friends.
