I have been with Bark for 2 weeks and have used credits for leads. I have had more unresponsive leads than secure leads. How is it that we use credits to contact leads but if the leads dont respond for communication, we still have to pay for it. The leads I have responded to was via Phone call (no answer), Text (no response) and email (no response). Then seeing the account close and I was the only seller to contact them. Seems very dodgy and not legitimate. I do not trust Barks service and professionalism. Poor customer services with no managers available to talk to.
