I ordered a set of (3) 13" diamond saw blades and received only two with a slip of paper stating the order was split. It has been over two weeks and no additional contact has occurred. UPDATE: I contacted them and they promptly gave me a refund for missing portion of the order.

Tip for consumers:
No customer service number- waste of time ordering product sets that didn't show up in time for project. No contact info (not even the company name) and no invoice inside of shipment let alone when the remainder would arrive. Value and shipping rated low since the shipment was incomplete. They were back ordered but refunded the cost of the remaining item. The diamond coating is easily removed by hand while abraiding ceramic pots- seems like fairly low quality 1/3 of diamonds gone in one day.
