I got my $40 refund finally after talking to Instacart customer service person to person, this is the best way to solve the problem rather than emails

Instacart offer spend $200 then have $40 discount on Costco Same day Delivery, then I placed the order which amount is over $200, but the shopper picked up the goods which has the final amount is 197.76, then I asked her to add one more item cost $2.26 to make the total amount as $200.02, so I am supposed to have $40 discount when I spent over $200, but I can not find this -$40 on my receipts, so please let me know what's going on? I reported this over 3 times from yesterday, but no one get back to me so far... I do not trust this company any more
