I am one of the customers transitioned as part of Bank of the West's transition to BMO. And I can definitely the first-day experience has been horrible. Already started to think of moving out of BMO/Bank of the West. Our login credentials are not working. When you call their 888 #, there is no human present. A Phone Robot answers the call and if you don't know your account #, then it drops the call. If you go online to chat, the same thing happens with the chat. There is no human available for interaction.
