I had one of the worst experiences when i used this service:
We got to the parking facility at 4 am to find out the shuttle wont leave until 7 am. our flight was at 7 am. on top of that the parking tenant had the worst customer service you can imagine(bad attitude). On our return we tried to contact the company to pick us up and the phone number provide to us just rang and nobody picked up. We had to google it and found number that luckily it was the number for some office. They told us they were going to pick us up in 15 minutes(waited close to an hour). Once we got to the parking facility we found out that thy had lost our vehicle's key. They were looking for the key for about half an hour until they found it somewhere else. Terrible experience
