Placed an order over Thanksgiving weekend, we're in Christmas week and the product hasn't even shipped yet. When I call, they blame it on the manufacturer and hide behind being a 'drop shipper'. The product description didn't say anything about an extended delay or that it would be ordered from the manufacturer. I won't order from them again.
I received an offer to get a bourbon I was considering for $5 less than it was selling for and I clicked to claim it and didn't receive the discount. Secondly, why can't I filter by the state you can ship to? Why do I need to look at things in my search results that I can't order?
