Very Bad Experience with that company, Never Purchase any code from them. They say they providing full source code but this is wrong. Most of the files are encrypted check the below image. Their code does not work on your server and you will get no help from them. I am struggling and have no solution. They will try to sell you a different package if you will not purchase they keep playing with you. I am very nervous and helpless. Please Help.

Even our team fixed some issues in your server which were raised by your own team.
Actually we did this extended support beyond the agreement by considering the good & further relationship with you.
At one stage we understood your team is not able to do the installation and that's where we wanted you to buy our extended support packages. It's fair with any company which is spending manpower for any project with three digit budget projects. Because it costs a lot for any company when the support is extended for a lower-than-expected-price project. Still it's just a matter of less than 100$ for an additional support package which you decline to buy. So if you can contact us, we can surely sort this out and get the project delivered instantly.
