I just killed the email account I had with Register.com. I don't even want a refund; I just want OUT! For years I suffered with techs who speak poor English and rarely fix any problems. They tried to get me to pay them $99 to fix a problem THEY caused, because they switched servers (or something like that). NOT MY FAULT. Avoid companies that use off-shore workers.
They only shipped 2 of 3 bottles of Bosley Hair Shampoo that I ordered. I'm on hold now (15 minutes and counting) to talk with someone to make this right. With all companies do to push people off onto their websites you'd think they have more time to answer the damn phone!
