I just had the worst online furniture purchase experience of my life! Purchased a 5 piece Parker House desk set Sept 1. After COUNTLESS promises that is was coming in Oct, then Nov I finally gave up and requested to CANCEL order and REFUND money Dec 2 - had to do in writing and I did. They then SHIPPED it anyway to deliver DEC 23 - 2 days before Christmas, really?!? Then it arrives damaged! Their "white glove" delivery/setup is a joke - just 3 guys in a hurry to get to the next delivery. HORRIBLE! I asked for a refund of "setup fee" of $100 BY CHECK and I would happily part ways and not give them a bad review but they couldn't even get that right and credited card instead -- These people will tell you anything (usually untruthful) so RUN from them - it's not worth the money saved - BUY FROM WAYFAIR they actually offer customer service and DO WHAT THEY SAY and fix problems when they arise unlike this deplorable company. Awful. I would give them zero stars if I could.
