Ach…so many bored CSRs. So many "can't do this". So many hours on the phone, listening to Barry Manilow singing Mandy (never used to hate that). Angela at MEH was the antivirus. Had an issue that was expected to be a negative but an online request concerning an issue was resolved within 15 minutes. MEH and Angela are super!
