Disappointed with Osim service. My UDream bought in May 2023 malfunction yesterday. After end of massage cycle, the touch panel suddenly power off and the chair remained in recline position. Called cust care and she said someone will contact me within 2 days. Today their service centre called and informed I may have to wait till April for the technician to come. This is totally unacceptable! Will they come to check and then say wait again for replacement. This is my 3rd purchase from Osim. The last 2 have no issues. Better performance means more problems? I've lose confidence in Osim!
