I paid for parking, operated by Saba at Hillingdon tube, with the Pay by Phone app. But I got 1 digit wrong and ended up paying them more (for the next station).
I got a parking ticket and filled in the Appeal form online. They sent a reply which you cannot access on mobile email (I assumed they accepted the proof of payment). Then 6 weeks later the threat of court. Look for the appeal to that, and no good because more than 28 days from the appeal response. Ask for new id number from Saba and they refuse! So no option but to go to court. What a waste of time. They are just playing the system and bullying.
