Ordered 2 weeks ago and was charged 19.99 for 5-9 day delivery. Now 2 weeks later under "my orders" it says they haven't even shipped yet. It also includes a generic response that it might take 14-21 days to ship Their chat site is only for ordering new product. They absolutely need to have some way to communicate. Very poor customer service.

“I ordered my items on March 22, it is now April 10th and I still have nothing. I received a message stating my items would be shipped on or about April 7th. Still sitting in the same status... preparing. I wish I had read this before ordering.”
