I ordered a black bra, but received a leopard print one in error. (FYI - I do not like leopard print anything). I contacted seller. They asked for a picture of the item and delivery/tracking label, which I immediately supplied. I asked for a pre-paid shipping label to return the item &/or a refund. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails, they basically only offered an apology and did nothing to try to correct the situation. They never advised me the item I purchased was unavailable, and never requested authorization to send an alternate pattern. So now I am left with an item I will never use. I don't think I should have to pay for their errors.
