We are another victim of this place fraudulent and scam activity. We book a horsehide for four people. We arrived an hour early and was told to wait two hours because they did not have enough horses and staff. After a two hour wait, we were offered three mule and one horse. We refused and was told to take a credit and come back another day. We are from out of town and flying back home tomorrow. The young lady there gave us the iPhone to talk to her aunt Alysa. The mean aunt Alysa refused to refund us and stole our money. She then threatened to called the police to have us escorted out because we were angry she stole our money. We left there being robbed and cheated from our hard earned money. This aunt Alysa is a crook and this business needs to be shut down by the state of Colorado. Our vacation is ruined and now we are forced to file a dispute with our credit card company. When we get home next week, we will file a formal complaint with the Attorney General of Colorado and the BBB.
