I order the product online on April 9,2020. At that time I was charged $94.81 for a gallon and a bottle and was told it could take up to six weeks. On May 22nd I called the customers service to see where my product was. I was told there was a backlog and the customer service rep offered another $20 discount on the product, if I was willing to wait up to another six weeks. Today, July 3,2020 I called customer service again because I had not received the product. I was told my order was cancelled due to a " technical glitch." My opinion? The greedy company realized they could sell my product, the one they confirmed I would receive on April 9th, to somebody else for more money. I was not even given the courtesy of an email to inform me they sold my product to the highest bidder. I wouldn't buy from them. In the three months since I first ordered it I have found other ways to keep germ free and they are much less expensive.
