I ordered the air ticket this summer. When I purchsed the ticket, the website said you cann't go throught to buy the ticket, so I went to other place to buy the ticket. However, When I started to travel to the place, I got the email from the Priceline.com, which showed that you had airplane ticket from SF to LA. Therefore, I called the Priceline Ticket Department. They said we cann't refund the money and you had to change other schedule. Actually, it's not my fault why I paid.
