There is a total lack of communication between Swap A Lease representatives and a seller. Left numerous messages with no response and asked a potential buyer to reach out directly to our contact there. And again... no response. They don't tell you about hidden costs from your Leaseholder, in our case there was a $500 transfer fee and $150 application fee for our buyer. That's $650 they never tell you about and they expect you to offer some type of incentive for your buyer on top of that! Stay away from Swap a Lease!

We do our best to remain as transparent as possible in our marketplace. We have leasing company information posted on each listing and the fee is typically paid for by the new lessee or buyer.
