Purchased the 7.5 foot Roosevelt Fir Christmas Tree, the initial package sent was a 2 foot tree. Called customer service, pretty much told me that was impossible. Had to send pictures and finally received a refund and sent the tree back. Reordered the tree a 2nd time on 10/5/22, this time received the correct tree. The weekend before Thanksgiving put the tree up and decorated. Came home from work to a tree that has fallen "glass everywhere" due to the stand breaking in the weld area. Called customer service, again they wanted pictures, sent them over as per request. Received an email back stating that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do to rectify the situation. This company is poorly operated and their customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I just need another stand that fits this tree. I went to a local Christmas store to purchase a stand, but it is too big for the base of the tree, now my tree is tied to the wall using a cording and screw. Arvin the employee at Christmas Central was of no help and no one can put you in touch with management.
