I bought an item supposedly NWT that arrived used and smelly. The sellers ratings are misleading because this seller appeared to be reputable. Poshmark Support sucks and doesn't respond until after 3 days when the purchase is Auto Accepted in their system even if you don't want it and try to return it. They are unscrupulous and deceitful.

Horrible customer service. They just provide you with incorrect information and are rude too. I haven't even gotten to the quality of the product, and I won't be doing business with this company ever again. So far, I've dealt with Chaimae S, Zakaria M and Stephanie B and all three of them should be fired. I won't be spending my hard-earned money on this overpriced gear ever again.
