Customer service is a little screwed up, they outsource to people working from home, it does not work well, I think the person that helped me was too busy (personal stuff?) to help me efficiently, Will buy from G/S again, but if this continues I will stop using
I paid by personal check, figured it would take 2 weeks to receive my package, was at my door in 6 days!
