HORRIBLE company. I had trash service with them for over a year. Many times they did not show up to pickup trash. They would blame the weather or shortage of drivers but would not notify you they were no picking up trash that week. Now I am moving and called them to cancel on a certain date. They got the date wrong, took my trash can away to early and want to charge me a fee to bring it back. It was their mistake and they admitted it, but do not want to remedy the problem without me giving them more money. They also never answer their phones and do not respond to emails.
