I suppose I should be happy just to have gotten garments I like with some response from Customer Service. And the Wedding Tropics items are excellent quality at good prices. I had a great deal of difficulty getting the answer to a simple question: What exact color is one of the items featured in a photo on the website? Wouldn't think this would require multiple conversations and emails, yet it did.
I am also still waiting for credit on two items that were returned roughly a month ago. You process my payments promptly, and the ordered items arrive in a timely fashion. Should be no different with credits for returned merchandise!
From what I know of the conversation, the customer asked for a fabric sample and was told we no longer provide fabric samples. If there was difficulty beyond that, I am not aware but I do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused just the same.
As for the refund, it all depends on what day we received the return, not the day it is shipped. We pay for the cheapest slowest shipping method for returns to keep costs in check. The refund is in process.
