Jeff, we regret to see that the miscommunication continues. We are not Google and our digital marketing advisors do not say we are Google or claim to be calling from Google. We are Google Partners, as stated on our website. Perhaps when you were told this you misheard it. The agents told you on the call you were signing up with PageHub. We sent you several emails which then went unopened. You then called and when an account manager explained the details you just wanted to cancel and would not allow us any time to continue providing the service to you, which we wanted to do. This is unfortunate, but not a matter for the Attorney General of Louisiana.
