If your payment is a few days late they will totally delete your sites and then hold them hostage to extort labor charges out of you for $11.50 per domain. They are currently holding 2 websites of mine hostage and refuse to give them back even though payments have been made. There has to be a law against deleting a customer's website and refusing to give them access for no valid reason.

Tip for consumers:
DONT EVER BE LATE WITH PAYMENT or they will delete your website and refuse to restore it! This is what they just did to me for paying my invoice 3 or 4 days late.
If you complain about their service in any way, they act like children, delete your sites, and refuse to let you have access to your data. This was worst than extortion, cause with extortion you could at least have your websites back.
