I ordered a goalie cup from Universal lacrosse, it was an in stock item. 2 day shipping. After 3 days I contacted them because I did not receive a shipping number, note they only have Voice Mail and will get back to you. They charged my card at time of the internet order. The CS stated the order was in process, I asked for a shipping date. Stated "soon". I called aging to the VM, and when they called back, they would not provide a shipping date. I asked for my card to be refunded, they refuse they stated they will not since the order is in process. I wrote several times to the online customer service option, with no response. 6 days with no shipping information, on 2 day shipping, and refusal to cancel order.
