Bought a hoodie as a gift for Xmas. Website sent me email saying item shipped and estimated delivery 22 Dec. 23 Dec, I started tracking item. Landmark showed item was packaged and shipped, but had not left Mississauga.
I FINALLY get a human being (Laura) to chat with on NFLshop.ca and she tells me the item never shipped as it was out of stock. Laura is very apologetic, but that doesn't help me with Xmas 2 days away.
So, they deceived me by sending me an email saying the item had shipped and they deceived me by using a courier company that was complicit in keeping the deception going by having some fake tracking system report that my item was on its way when they had never even had it in stock when I bought it.
In my online shopping history, this is the worst customer experience I've ever had. Laura was very helpful and has issued a refund that I should get in a few days, but she never should have been put in the position of having to deal with my problem.
