Couldn't hit the middle of a business card if they tried. Customer service is worthless at best. They are perfectly happy with cards that would be an embarrassment to you and your company.

Tip for consumers:
their refund policy is only a partial refund - you eat the shipping if you are not happy with their poor quality. and I guarantee the shipping is above retail cost, because I do a lot of shipping.

Site says they are in Lawrenceville GA, but items ship from India. That's fine I suppose, but it means that shipping will be a lot slower than if it were in the US going to a US address. They ship by FedEx but they don't tell you it's a restricted signature delivery, so you'll have to wait around all day and hope you are able to magically catch the driver. They leave that part out when it could be a single line added to the email notification. This tells me their attention to detail is lacking. If you ever call them, be prepared for a long wait to talk to someone. Yes, they are overseas, as well, and completely worthless.

Tip for consumers:
plan on a long shipping time, and really poor communication.

While we have little control over local delivery personnel's behavior, we will certainly share your feedback with FedEx and our team. We have issued a standing instruction to FedEx to leave the package at the doorstep if no one is available. The only time they may not do so is if the delivery person is unable to find a secure location to drop the package. In such cases, you will find a FedEx door tag left behind with a phone number and instructions for rearranging the delivery.

We apologize if you have had difficulties communicating with our support team. We're doing everything we can to respond to every customer as promptly as possible, despite an unusually large volume of enquiries and limited personnel. Your call could have been dropped prior to being connected due to some technical constraints. Please be assured that our team is actively working on the issue and it will be resolved shortly.
