I clicked on an email, from them, that said "IT Support Specialist" and you know where it led to...it led to a "Door Dash" job oppurtunity. Does it get any more misleading that than? Why should i trust ANYTHING this place says after this?

The email title was " $47.27/hour remote job immediate hiring opportunity"...

What a load of CRAP.

Tip for consumers:
Don't wste your time with these bozos.

Twice in a row, they sold me bad keys (i have indisputable evidence)
BEWARE THIS COMPANY. They sell bad keys and then they tell you "they" will look into it, then when you ask "why" it's taking so long, they try and make you get your money back from the company selling it (as if they have no involvement). I had this issue a year ago, "forgot" about it, came back and got another game. It was a dead key and they asked for a TON of evidence from me... then did NOTHING. This is not how you do business. When i complain, they wanted "me" to make it right. This company takes no responsibilities for the sales they are involved in and are nothing more than an online headache. If this had been Steam, i would have had it cleared up within 24-40 hours.

It gets worse, this "Melody" asked me to provide evidence that i didn't use the game license. So i had technicians from Oculus (who sells the game) state it wasn't in my library. They send both emails and i had screen captures. Obviously the woman didn't intend on refunding because he reules were so ANAL no one could abide by them. The technician, from Oculus, Alvaro said, "There is some information i just cannot send her" and she (Melody) would not accept it.

I had indisputable evidence that i didn't have the game in my library and she still wouldn't refund me.

These people are thieves and not to be trusted.

Tip for consumers:
This company did this to me, twice over a 2 year period. I should have learned the first time but i "forgot" the experience i had with them before and got burned again.
