I wanted to return a few items that didn't fit correctly for my daughter and it feels like jumping through hoops to get it returned (must be in original plastic bag, $7.99 size exchange shipping and you have to pay to ship it back!). It's 2020 - I am just very surprised that it is this complicated - I am just going to have to sell on Poshmark or another site instead.
