I wanted to return a few items that didn't fit correctly for my daughter and it feels like jumping through hoops to get it returned (must be in original plastic bag, $7.99 size exchange shipping and you have to pay to ship it back!). It's 2020 - I am just very surprised that it is this complicated - I am just going to have to sell on Poshmark or another site instead.

We love designing clothes for Women and Girls and we appreciate customers who are able to support small businesses, like Joyfolie, as we continue to grow.
