Highly recommend emailing customer service rather than calling. They fixed my order and did overnight shipping so my gift would here in time for Father's Day. The representative Cayla was very nice and fixed the issue immediately instead of the 2 representatives and manager called who did nothing to resolve my problem and were rude.

I ordered a shirt from Father's Day on Monday 6-12 with the spend $30 and get "Free 3 Day shipping." The shirt was $29.99 so I had to spend an additional $4.99 to be eligible for the shipping. I never received an email with confirmation or tracking. It is now Friday 6-16 and no shirt. I called customer service and they were extremely rude and told me it's my fault I should've known there was exclusions I told her to cancel the order and she said no and told me if I want to return it I can pay the return shipping and return it. So now not only will I not receive the gift by Father's Day I also have to pay to return the gift that will be coming almost a week late. NEVER will I order from this site again and advise anyone thinking of ordering against i.

Every time it storms or even the least bit of rain the satellite dish completely stops and can't watch tv for an hour later. Switching to a company that's service actually works.
