Highly recommend emailing customer service rather than calling. They fixed my order and did overnight shipping so my gift would here in time for Father's Day. The representative Cayla was very nice and fixed the issue immediately instead of the 2 representatives and manager called who did nothing to resolve my problem and were rude.
