I'm been dealing with justfly since December 2017, Trying to have a refund I called within 24 hours and they said they could not give me a refund and I would have to contact the airlines. I've contacted the airlines and they say jusfly is the one to refund.
Yet again I called justfly and they wanted to charge even more for cancel my trip or have a refund. Stay away from them they are horrible, I wish I had read reviews before I even purchased my tickets.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As per checking your reservation, we are able see that no attempt was made within the first 24 hours to cancel the booking. The first recorded phone call was 2 days after the booking was made which means we fall into standard airline policies. In this case, the ticket states that it is non-refundable. If you wish to change dates, fare rules apply.
