The rely on customers not reading the details of their return policy. Most people assume that a retailer offers a reasonable and fairly standard return policy, and when they clearly stated that returns must be made within 5 days. They didn't clearly state that no money will ever be refunded and most dresses won't even get store credit but if they do get a credit plan on 20%-50% being deducted. Live and learn - especially learn to steer clear of this retailer. They aren't fraudulent but very close and to top it off, Ross-Dress-For-Less offers better quality.
