I went to the adidas retail store yesterday around 3:00PM. I swiped my store credit and it showed "reader err", the manger typed in my card number and the 4 digit pin located on the back of my card, but they said it's not working. They asked me if I know the balance or if I have the receipt with me, but I don't, therefore one of the workers dialed "123" on the phone to check the balance, but I waited longer than 30 minutes and left because I was in a rush to somewhere else. I went to the Broadway retail store today at 8:00PM, and the moment I reached the register, my card shower "reader err" again. I presented my receipt along w/ my store credit, one of the workers (African American) name Jason Hebe (he wrote his last name scribbly, so I'm not sure if that's how I spell his last name). He said they can't confirm the balance even if I show my receipt, and he walked away and threw my store credit on the table with an extremely bad attitude. The manager came and requested me to go on the adidas official store and click "gift card" and I typed my card number and 4 digit pin, the balance showed "150". I showed the balance to Jason Hobe, and he said "u have to call the customer service number for a card replacement". He said they will mail it to me within 3-4 days; I told him I brought those two shoes as a good bye gift for my 2 best friends who are leaving New York tomorrow, but he ignored me and just kept asking me to call the Shriner service and see how they handle it. I asked him if he can replace the card right now cause I need to purchase it today and he said he can't. I said why, he said "we don't do that." When I left, he gave me a dirty look"
