Bought a standing desk years ago and it randomly broke. Called Uplift Desk directly and spoke to someone (with terrible customer service skills) who told me this never happens, that I must not have bought an Uplift Desk and that I'm not under warranty. Dug around and discovered that I had originally purchased through The Human Solution. Kianna was AMAZING. Not only was she patient and professional but super responsive (and timely) with all my questions via phone and email. She worked with another team who requested images to investigate. In the end she was able to help me get my desktop replaced and made this aspect of the process incredibly easy. Would highly recommend THS and working with her in the future. True customer service still does exist in the world and I appreciate Kianna for demonstrating that. Thank you from a now lifetime loyal customer!
