On 03/03/2024 my wife and I spent 10 minutes in line at their new location in Smiths Station Alabama at which time th manager informed us and several others that she could not take any more orders to short staffing. Today 03/05/2024 we gave them one more try, this time at the drive through. Got to the window and I asked for a receipt and was told they had no receipt paper. I then asked why the order was over 1 dollar more than advertised and I was told (after a back and forth) that they were out of regular sized cups which meant I was overcharged with no advanced notice. Staff was unprofessional and manager was condescending. Can't provide proof of purchase because they could not give me a receipt!
