I got a great deal on a drum sander motor. Global sent me a delay in shipping notice so I got concerned I had made a mistake. I read the reviews and became very concerned. I had not been charged yet for the purchase and through online chat I was told that would be the case until the item shipped. So I waited out the shipping delay partly because I could wait a few more weeks than normal. After a 2nd delay, I was about to cancel the order when I got an email stating the item had shipped. I was given a wrong tracking number for UPS because is was actually FedEx which I quickly learned from the online chat. I have seen many negative reviews for this company and so in the interest of justice I thought everyone should know that there were glitches with my order but I received the item and it works wonderfully. I will write a 2nd review if the motor stops working in the next 6 months or so.
