I can't honestly say if octologo is a scam or not, but i can tell you they are horrible at customer service and delivery of product. They do not respond to questions via email, chat or phone call (I have tried all of the above.) They will not answer simple questions regarding the work they have done for you, and if you do the trademark service, i can't even tell you if it is real. I currently have a BBB claim against them, and if you look, there are numerous other ones against them. They sent me shirts (weeks late) and they were completely wrong. When i said something to them, they completely ignored me.
STAY AWAY.

I bought a ton of shirt designs on this site and it turns out they were all simply downloaded from google and presented to me as new. I had to complain to Fiveer to get my money back, then Fiveer suspended my account for being angry at the sellers. Fiveer does not care about buyers, they only care about their scam artist sellers selling any piece of junk they want. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

On selling to you and not on customer service. This company comes off great and promises you the world... but when it comes to delivering its hit or miss. They will also sell yiu somethjng and then all of a sudden tell you they cant because they dont really know their own products or pricing.
