I have ordered the grab bag filament 2 times this year for the university that I work for, both orders were shipped in a timely manner and both had a good mix of colors. Totally happy with those orders, the material prints great.

This experience led me to try out the 3d Geek Box for my personal use at home.

September was my first box, had 2 reels of Raptor PLA, I was stoked. Box arrived around he 22 of Sept.

October box came and had a reel of Crystal Series PLA Green and a White Hot White Pla. Again, pretty happy, I love the way the crystal prints.

By now I am excited for Novembers box, when it hadn't shipped after Thanksgiving I contacted them and was told the system kicked my label out due to wrong address, I found this odd since the previous boxes shipped fine. I was told it would ship the following Monday. I waited until Thursday and contacted again, was told that they were catching up from BF orders and it would ship the next day. Again, waited until the following week and contacted again, was told that the new system in place to handle the geek box shipments failed to put me in the queue, but funny how it didn't fail to charge my card. I was told on this last communication that they were out of the geek boxes so they would issue a refund. The refund was received promptly.

I was told that they "would make it up to me" on the December box, not holding my breath, but everyone deserves a chance for redemption we are all humans after all.

I contacted them to make sure that I would be receiving the December box, the response stated that the boxes usually ship on the 25th of each month, although the previous months shipped on the 18th of the month, and that they would be shipping on the 26th due to the holidays.

I will update this review once I receive or do not receive my order.

So far they have answered all of my emails and refunded me for the box that did not ship. So they are just 'OK" in my book at the moment.

If the company reflected the product, this company would be superb.
