JP Cycles has been great with each order. When my helmet didn't show up on Saturday, I gave it five days then contacted them they gave me the option of refund or re-process the order free of charge after 5 business days. I had no worries after that, then my neighbor showed up with my helmet and it was clear that the UPS driver that showed up on Saturday and said he could find my package in the truck had just delivered it to neighbors house 2 miles down the road. Love the scorpion fx V-twin visionary, no lift, no turbulent air in my eyes coming up under the front chin area, light weight, field of view so much better than other helmets I've tried, love the visor, slightly mirrored exterior reflects the bright sun light but does not reduce vision clarity. Would recommend for anyone that fits intermediate oval cranium shape.
