Customer service has been a complete joke, I ordered some gift cards and have only been trying to verify that they are activated through Roblox customer support. It has been 10 days of cyclical conversations, as if they have amnesia and don't remember the question, they've made me jump through numerous hoops, proof of purchase, scratching off the backs to give them the pin numbers, multiple photos sent of said gift cards, and the last email was that they can't read the PDF of my proof of purchase and I must send it in a JPEG... CAN'T READ PDFS?! Total clown show and more training is warranted... They've also glazed over my complaints that their customer service has been terrible... 10 days now and I still don't know if these gift cards are activated because they can't seem to figure out how to do their jobs. I'm beside myself with amazement...
