I tried ordering a pair of Dolce & Gabbana glasses from this website several months ago. The website originally states a 2-5 day dispatch time.
After 4 weeks with no glasses I received an email telling me the item was out of stock and would take 1-4 weeks to come back.
6 weeks later and no update so I contacted them and asked for an update and was asked to wait a few more weeks. 4 weeks later and still nothing so I asked for a refund.
I emailed again a little while later to ask for a stock update and was told the item was back and they would give me a discount due to the earlier problems, BUT I HAD TO PAY IN FULL and the discount would be refunded back to me on dispatch, despite them having discount codes which they offered me at the end of all of this. A little while later and I have been told the item is not in stock again.
The worst thing is that at no time did they update their website to show the item was not available, chances are they just keep them up there to encourage people to spend and then hope they wait for months for stock to return whenever it does.
Avoid this company at all costs!
