Looks like they have some new staff now and saw my incident. With a sincere apology, they emailed me and have refunded my money.

I don't know why I have to give a star rating on an update. While I appreciate that they eventually payed me back, I still can't recommend them. But it's hopeful that they may be better in the future.

I ordered 2 shirts on December 11,2016 and was told they would be shipped in 5 to 8 business days. Instead it was shipped 16 days later so after Christmas. They were unapologetic. They did not offer any sort of compensation for their inability to deliver the products as promised.

They could not cancel the order so I did a return to sender on the package. It's been almost 2 months and they still have not returned my money.

I even contacted the Better Business Bureau, BBB, but the Gnarly Tees wouldn't even respond to them.
