I made the mistake- antiquated phone and in a rush- of booking a flight with this company. They mimicked Jet Blue and I was told that I could cancel the reservation within 24 hours. My plans changed suddenly- a death in the family- and I cancelled, the process made difficult by the office closing and the agent I booked with being absent. I was told that I would receive only partial reimbursement- 25% deducted for "taxes and fees." My vociferous complaints resulted in a promise of 100% within a week to ten days. A follow-up email suggested "two business cycles" would pass before I was reimbursed. Filing a formal complaint with Jet Blue I discovered the flight was not booked with my credit card but with the agencies. So I have made an unsecured loan to what is effectively a scalping site who play three-card-monte and call it work. Save your money: get an updated phone and book with Expedia.
