I placed an order with Leather Baba on 12 February 2023, and my credit card was charged on 13 February 2023. However, no confirmation email was ever sent to me, nor has there been any reply to my multiple queries to them regarding my order. Whenever I call, the customer service phone line provides a recorded message "No customer service representative is available to take your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you." I leave a message, but nobody returns my call. My first impression was that the company had ceased functioning, though I noticed they still posted fresh content to FaceBook daily. So, based on the above I gave them a 1 star. Three days later, the gift recipient (I live in Texas but had ordered a gift to be sent directly to the recipient, who lives in California) informed me the gift had arrived, from Pakistan. His birthday is in three more days, so he won't open the gift until then, so I can't review the order until then. Anyway, at least it arrived, even though Leather Baba still has not acknowledged the order, so I am changing the review to 3 stars. Once I know the condition of the order, I will update this review further…
