I have been waiting a month for my money.

My ID has been verified and was verified before i processed the withdrawal.

Everytime i ask for an update i get the same answer.

That my withdrawal is in a queue, when i ask what place my withdrawal is in the queue they said they cant tell me that. Which is ridiculous.
