I have book an assignment order with my assignment order.com and was told that I would received a full refund should the grade of the assignment is not 80 and above. When my results came back. I wrote to them to ask for refund, so that is when the frustrations come in. They just ignored you and promising that the refund will come in two days. They requested all the documents needed to process the refund, and I have given them everything within the same day. They even request to write in my request and told me that someone will contact me within 3 working days. It been 3 months, but no one contacted me at all and none of the staff came contacting me to help me with my refunds. I had all the screenshot of the WhatsApp messages I had with their staff, Alex. I asked him but he just told me to contact their refund department. I am really speechless. They can promise you everything from the sky before payment is made and once payment is made, they simply just ignore you. So to those thinking of getting them to help out with your assignment. I urge you to think again.
