Walked in, noticed 9 tables being used, server told us to wait table was being cleaned. Waited for 5 minutes, noticed manager by kitchen entrance with hands in pants pockets talking to the serverwho told us to wait., he looked our way then sauntered over and asked us if we'd been helped. We sat at 412, server arrived took order between 425 to 427, drinks brought 436,443 biscuits n salad brought, wife asked for Xtra ice, ice brought 451,457 food brought we asked more biscuits. Server did good job over all, it is management that needs to be more on hand tending to guests needs.you can't manage from kitchen entrance and definitely not with hands in your pockets, seems like everytime I saw him, he had his hands in his pockets.
