Ordered 2 pizza and a large salad on 9 Jul at 3:22 PM and when I ordered online it said it would be there in 36 minutes. The online system didn't send a verification email to me, so I called the store at 3:33 PM and was told they received the order and it would be leaving in 5 - 10 minutes. At 4:08 PM I called back and was told the order was sitting there waiting for a driver since they only had 1 drive. Received the items at 4:27 PM and the pizzas were cold and had very little toppings on them. Went to provide feedback on the Marco's website an that function no longer works on their new website. Called and talk to manager Josh and he told me he would have his district manager call me the next day. Call back 2 more time and was finally told by manager Josh that my pizza was delivered in the time and have a good day. This is becoming the worst place to have a pizza delivered from.
